从很久以前开始，微软已经不推荐在开始菜单中放置卸载入口，但很多开发者都不遵守。
于是从 Windows 8/10 (存疑) 开始，微软强制隐藏了卸载快捷方式，开发者主动或被动进行适配。
可以通过一些方式(多次创建/文件重命名)绕过，或者遵循微软的指导方针通过右键卸载。
UWP 程序会跳转至现代的设置界面，Win32 程序会跳转至经典的控制面板。
